| Customer Service Policy
It is the policy of the AVN and Informed Voice to process and ship orders within one week of receipt of order. We ship on every week day except Thursday and use Australia Post for orders under 500g and either Australia Post or Australian Air Express for those orders over 500g - depending upon the cost of shipping. We will always try to choose the least expensive and most reliable shipping options available.
We will always contact our customers by email if there are any delays with filling an order and provide information on expected date of shipping. Customers can also check the status of an order by contacting us.
Likewise, if any products have been discontinued and we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform the customer by phone or email.
When paying by cheque, customers should allow ten days after receipt for the cheque to clear.
We pack all orders with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping. Please allow for extra delivery time for orders in states outside NSW and for orders outside Australia.
A small handling/packaging charge is added to the cost of all orders.
Refund/Return Policy
If goods supplied by the AVN or Informed Voice are faulty or are not the goods ordered, they may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date with a written explanation of your dissatisfaction of such product, along with proof of purchase, for either an exchange or for a full refund of the original purchase price of the product. The Guarantee does not cover wilful damage nor will postage costs be refunded. |
